Hackney City Farm
City Farms exist to bring the countryside and its activities to urban people. They generally use otherwise derelict land and involve local people in their establishment and maintenance. Hackney Farm was established in 1984
London Zoo
London Zoo houses many of the Zoological Society of London's smaller animals including a wonderful range of reptiles, fish, invertebrates, birds and small mammals.
Newham City Farm & Visitor Centre
Newham City Farm was established in 1977 offering educational and leisure activities for the community. A wide collection of farm animals has been built up over the years including a number of rare breeds.
Paradise Wildlife Park
A friendly family-run leisure park which offers day long interest, excitement and enjoyment for all the family.
Spitalfields Farm
Tucked away behind Allen Gardens and covering around one and a half acres, the farm is a tranquil oasis on the very edge of the City of London.
Stepping Stones Farm
We are one of only two farms left in London to take our animals out to other peoples events. We have: Donkeys, Cows, Sheep, Goats, Pigs, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chickens, Geese, Ferrets, Cats and Dogs.
Aldenham Country Park
Aldenham Country Park - owned and managed by Hertfordshire County Council - was created on green belt land in 1971 as an area for quiet countryside recreation.
